Registration Guidelines
for Foreign Students
1. Please read the Registration Guidelines first and follow the instructions to complete online enrollment, send the required documents and complete the registration procedures.
2. Please login to Academic Information System/ (https://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/index.php?lang=english)
- Username: Student ID No.
- Password: Student ID No.(last 6 digits)+your birthday (MMDD)
- Ex. your student ID is 115123456 your birthday: 0131(MMDD)
- your default password is 1234560131.
3. After login to A.I.S., please select New Student Enrollment and complete all required sections during August 5 10:00 a.m. to August 11 11:59 p.m.. Once all required sections are completed, please print out your individual Registration Procedure Form from Academic Information System/New Student Enrollment/ Registration Procedure Form Download. On the health examination day, bring the printed form to the designated location for the health examination and obtain the required stamp.
4. The “Must-Complete” sections are: Personal information, Performance in English Proficiency Examinations, Self-Health Assessment, Demographics Survey, Bank Account Key-in, Gender Equity Education quiz, and Self-Awareness Survey. All new students must complete these sections. In addition to the required sections, newly admitted graduate students must also complete the “Online Lecture & Test” section, while newly admitted undergraduate students are required to complete the "Newly Admitted Undergraduate Student Required Documents Upload" section.
5. Sections such as Accounts Application, Tuition Bills Download, Print out the Health Exam Record and Credit Exempted can be accessed, downloaded, or printed when necessary.
6. Registration date : Monday, September 7, 2026
7. On-Campus Health examination date:
- Undergraduate students: September 2, 2026.
- Graduate students: September 3, 2026.
